Refund policy

1. Return Window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Refund Process
- Contact customer service to request a return
- Ship items back after receiving return authorization
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the return

4. Non-Returnable Items
Customized products, used items, and items beyond the return window are not eligible for return.

5. Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping for defective items; customers pay return shipping for non-defective returns.

6. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider.
